About Me.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Woodhaven, NY, I am a proud Italian American with deep roots in Italy. My parents immigrated to the United States from Italy, my mother from Porto Empedocle, Sicily, and my father from Siano, a town in the province of Salerno in the Campania region. Their journey and sacrifices instilled in me a deep appreciation for our heritage, traditions, and the values that define the Italian spirit.
I currently reside in Hauppauge, NY, with my wife of 35 years, Gina, whom I met at the San Gennaro Feast, a beloved festival that has honored the patron saint of Naples for nearly a century. Gina’s family also hails from the Salerno region, further strengthening our shared cultural ties.

Together, we have built a wonderful family, raising three sons, Salvatore, Anthony, and Dominick who continue to carry forward our Italian traditions. Our greatest joy now includes spending time with our grandson, Lorenzo, and ensuring that the next generation embraces the richness of our heritage.
My passion for preserving Italian culture and history drives my involvement in the Italian Heritage & Hope Foundation, where I am committed to celebrating our ancestry and fostering a sense of unity and pride within the Italian American community.
